Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most Commercial Insurance plans such as Anthem, Humana, Aetna, United Health, Cigna and many more. We also accept Tricare, Medicare and most medicare replacement plans.  If your plan is an HMO, we suggest calling the office before scheduling online.

Do you accept any new Medicaid patients?

We are currently NOT accepting any new Medicaid insured patients.  We continue to see established Passport, Humana, Aetna and Wellcare medicaid patients but are not accepting new patients with those plans at this time.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Your insurance card, a photo ID, a list of your medications including any prescriptions or over the counter products you have used to treat your skin problem.  Save time by printing your new patient paperwork and fill it out and bring it to your appointment.

Will I need to do anything before I come to my appointment?

Yes. Some one from our office will contact you by text or phone to verbally confirm your appointment details shortly after you book online.
