Christy Quire Baker brings expertise and a holistic, caring approach to dermatology care in Louisville. With her dual board certifications in dermatology and family practice, Christy combines advanced dermatology training with a personal touch that patients consistently praise.

Christy has been a healthcare provider in the Louisville area for over two decades and has extensive experience in dermatology, emergency medicine, and family practice.
Twelve years ago, she focused her practice on dermatology and has never looked back! She has board certifications in both dermatology and family practice.
Christy graduated from Murray State University in 1996 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and received her Master’s degree from Spalding University in 1999.
She and her husband, Dr. Richard Baker, reside in the Louisville Highlands, where they share a home with their dogs Gizmo & Arlo.

Heather works with all of our patients and clients to ensure their information is accurate, schedules clinical and cosmetic visits, and works with our billing office.
She has dedicated 15 years to Dermatology and truly enjoys her work! Heather has dual degrees in Business Management and Marketing.

With an impressive 12 years of experience in Dermatology, she has been a dedicated partner to Christy Baker throughout this journey. Maureen is passionate about ensuring that every patient receives the utmost support and care during and after their visits.
You might say she’s Christy’s right-hand woman—although she’s proudly left-handed!

Lori brings an incredible 30 years of experience as a dermatology medical assistant to our team!
When it comes to skin diseases, she’s truly seen it all! What makes Lori shine is her genuine enthusiasm for helping every patient she encounters. She truly embodies the spirit of care at DermCARE!
Lori and her husband, Dean, have two adult children and two adorable grandchildren.

Amy has expertise in marketing, communications, and business administration and has worked at DermCARE since 2022.
Amy and her husband of 30 years, Thomas, live in New Albany with their two basset hounds, Marla and Bowie. They all enjoy camping, hiking, and being outdoors.
They have two adult children.

Paige Spear Russo – Licensed Esthetician LTA, MUA
Paige provides paramedical tattooing, permanent makeup, scar camouflage, stretch mark camouflage, vitiligo camouflage, 3D areola, stunning permanent makeup, microneedling, and fibroblast skin tightening.
