- Established Patient w/ Injections: $99
- Established Patient Follow-up: $85
- Benign Lesions (cryo or ED): $200/without numbing, $250/with numbing*
- Cosmetic Shaves: $200 and up*
- Cyst-Punch Excision: <2 cm $200; >2 cm $250*
- Punch Bx or Excision, Medical or Cosmetic: $50-$200*
- Medical Shave Bx: $75 *
