- Initial Weight Loss Visit with Christy Baker, APRN – $150
- Follow-up visits (required every 1-3 months) –$75
Visits include Biometric evaluation of weight, body fat mass, lean body mass, muscle and bone mass, visceral fat, and blood pressure. We will discuss healthy diet and lifestyle goals and provide in-depth medication counseling. Throughout your weight management journey, we provide in-person guidance by a local clinician with clinical expertise in GLP meds.
We work with patients and provide GLP-1 prescriptions* through FDA-approved direct-mail prescription programs, including injections and oral medications.
